Can I have an item sent to a business address?
Yes, you can have your item sent to any designated address.
Which forms of delivery are available?
We deliver throughout the UK via DPD or FedEx.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard deliveries are charged at £8 with DPD or FedEx. Returns are free. Please note, Premier delivery is not available on Karen Millen Rotates.
What happens if the rented items go missing in transit?
Our items are insured, whether by courier or by post. We are alerted when an item arrives at its destination, ensuring its safe arrival.
Is same day delivery available?
Any orders placed before 11:30am Monday - Friday will be delivered the next business day. We offer Saturday deliveries (at a premium) for orders placed between 12.01pm and 11.59am Thursday - Friday.
Can I have the item delivered internationally?
Yes, depending on the location. On request we would be happy to make arrangements for any European address and some international locations.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes, all items require a signature.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately not.
Can I track my order online?
Yes, you can track each stage of the rental journey via your account.
