Wear, return, repeat
You can rent a piece from four up to fourteen days. Once you've finished with your piece, send it back with the pre-paid DPD return label - there's no need to dry clean or iron before returning.

How should I return my rented item?
We ask that you return the item in the same packaging as it was delivered to ensure little or no waste occurs.
Is same day delivery available?
Any orders placed before 11:30am Monday - Friday will be delivered the next business day. We offer Saturday deliveries (at a premium) for orders placed between 12.01pm and 11.59am Thursday - Friday.
What if the rented or purchased items don't fit?
If an item that you have ordered doesn't fit, you have 24 hours to get in touch with our customer services on email@example.com and return your item to us. We will be happy to refund the rental fee/purchase price of any unworn items excluding restock fees as long as the security tags are still attached.
What if I accidentally stain or damage a rented item?
Please contact Karen Millen Rotates Customer Services. When the item is received back we'll carry out a condition report and assess the damage and consider a suitable solution, whether laundering, repair or additional charge, in part or full, from the renter as compensation to the owner for their loss.
What are the restock fees?
Restock fees apply to cover the processing of the return and the item being out of circulation when you book it for a rent or buy. All items incur a £5 restock fee.
